EU Projects

Our experience in international programs is referring to:

  - consultancy offered in projects’ development, including a full range of the specific activities: planning, negotiations, implementation, monitoring and reporting

  - project identification, terms of reference preparation, progress analysis in steering committees, assessment of compliance with financing institution rules, dissemination of results

  - accompanying measures in implementing and supervising phase: training, organizing seminars for targets (e.g. governmental structures and institutions, non-governmental organizations)

 - fulfilling awareness and PR task, including elaboration of communication strategy, action plan and implementing specific campaigns especially for energy and environmental protection sector

 - evaluation of tender dossiers for technical assistance, inception, progress and final reports

 - coordination, evaluation and supervision of the international and bilateral assistance projects provided by significant institutions based on extensive experience in working with European Union (PHARE, SYNERGY, THERMIE, SAVE II programs), World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Global Environmental Facility, United States Agency for International Development, Joint Implementation projects.
